Rachel is an internal communications leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, energy, and consumer brands. As Director of Internal Communications and Culture at Quartz Health Solutions, she drives engagement, collaboration, and culture-building initiatives. Previously, she held leadership roles at Spectrum Brands, Alliant Energy, and Wisconsin Medical Society. A Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Rachel specializes in strategic communication and change management. She holds a Master’s in Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s in English from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
