With experience spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia, Jason has driven HR strategies that enhance organizational performance and align with business goals. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Toshiba Americas, Jason oversees the human capital strategy across Toshiba’s facilities in the region. He ensures alignment with Toshiba’s mission of advancing modern life through innovation in energy, social infrastructure, electronics, and digital solutions. Previously, Jason was CHRO at Horizon Global, where he led HR strategies for 67 facilities across 21 countries, driving integration, cost optimization, and talent management. His expertise includes HRIS, DEI, change management, and organizational design. Jason holds an MBA from Central Michigan University and is completing his DBA at Lawrence Technological University.
