Christy Pettey is a people-focused leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma. As Chief People Officer at Kwik Lok Corporation, she develops global people strategies, fosters a culture of equity and inclusion, and drives initiatives in organizational design, learning, and development.
Previously, Christy served as Director of Human Resources, leading HR strategies across U.S. manufacturing sites. At Bechtel Corporation, she advanced continuous improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt, managing Lean process initiatives and leveraging data-driven decision-making. Her expertise spans HR analytics, policy creation, and workforce planning, with a proven ability to connect with individuals and drive results in complex environments.
