As the Team Leader of the JonesLink Intranet at Edward Jones, Nathan spearheads initiatives to optimize internal communication and collaboration, ensuring seamless connectivity for the firm's extensive branch network. Nathan’s career began in the U.S. Army, where he served as a medic for six years, earning the Army Commendation Medal and Combat Medic Badge for his exemplary service.
Alexandra (Alex) Marifian has over 11 years of experience at Edward Jones, where she has made significant contributions to advancing client and associate experiences. As Director, Alex oversees critical initiatives that enhance the firm’s operational efficiency and client engagement, driving innovative strategies across the organization.
Alex began her journey at Edward Jones in 2013 as a Rotational Development Professional, gaining comprehensive insights into the firm’s Client Strategies Group. She quickly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including leadership positions in Online Client Support and the JonesLink intranet team. Her tenure as Department Leader of JonesLink laid the groundwork for her current role, where she continues to lead with a vision for seamless communication and strategic growth.
