In this panel we will discuss:
David leads a North American team spanning Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success, championing customer-centric approach to decision making. He has a proven record in profitable SaaS delivery, team building and aligning individuals to common goals. Early career frustrations with disorganized digital workplaces shaped his focus on Intranets, business process automation, and knowledge management. Drawing from extensive experience in the intranet space, David witnessed firsthand the evolution from highly customized, consulting-intensive implementations to modern SaaS-based solutions. His early career involved complex consulting engagements where each intranet was built from the ground up, requiring significant time and resources to meet unique customer requirements. This perspective proved invaluable as he helped organizations transition to productized intranet platforms, where standardized yet configurable solutions deliver faster implementations, predictable outcomes, and sustainable long-term value. This shift has enabled his clients to focus less on technical maintenance and more on driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Brad Rooke brings over 25 years of experience in delivering customer-centric solutions across frontline, supervisory, and consulting roles. As a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, he focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and advocacy initiatives through project management, relationship building, and strategic advocacy programs.
