With over a decade of experience across roles at Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo, and Johnson & Johnson, she has developed and implemented data-driven strategies to enhance workforce decision-making. Brandy has a strong background in leading complex, global projects that support evidence-based decision-making and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data to advance people strategies in large-scale organizations. Known for her dedication to team development, she prioritizes effective communication to translate analytics into actionable insights for HR leaders. Natalie Loderboym Mano is the Global Tech Venturing & Innovation Director at PepsiCo, where she leads partnerships with innovative startups to address the company’s strategic goals. With a background as a venture capitalist and M&A lawyer, she brings extensive experience in working with startups and developing cross-functional projects that foster long-term partnerships.
Natalie is an active member of Global Women in VC, focusing on creating opportunities for women in the venture capital space. She also mentors aspiring entrepreneurs at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship and previously served as Director of Value Creation at Qumra Capital, where she facilitated strategic partnerships and business development opportunities.
